Birgün
The newspaper Birgün is a left-leaning newspaper with 8 pages in colour, 12 pages on weekdays and 16 pages on weekends. The logo, which is designed as a simple and catchy form with high staining value, has a structure that pushes/overflows the boundaries in order to reflect the left-leaning of the newspaper. A structure that is easy to read, the news is easily separated from each other, and the hierarchy between the news is perceived by making use of a single-colored floor and single-thickness lines has been designed. The news headlines used in different wall thicknesses and in different points of fonts create a rhythm on the pages. In addition to its large staff of writers, the photographs in different frames, colors and values in the newspaper, which includes many guest writers in its columns, were processed in 3 stages and images of similar quality were obtained. The Green Birgün page has been customized with the green color used in places such as photographs and under the photos of the featured news. A system is designed in which a portrait photograph is used for a prominent article in the Saturday supplement of the newspaper, a general photograph is used on the Sunday supplement, and illustration is used for the prominent subject in the book supplement.
